Step ONE
Your journey to head-turning hair starts by filling out our New Guest IBE Application. We want to make sure IBE is a good fit for you and your lifestyle! This form will give us a better understanding of your hair history, routines, and your hair goals.
Step TWO
Once you’ve submitted your application, please allow 48 hours for a response from one of our certified stylists. We will reach out with any clarifying questions we might have, and get you scheduled for your Color Matching Appointment.
At this appointment we will go over in depth ALL things IBE. You’ll know exactly what to expect for your first install, at-home care, and maintenance schedule. You will be given a final quote for your total cost investment.
A deposit will be collected to secure your Install Appointment. We will then get to work on ordering and custom coloring your extension wefts to ensure they blend seamlessly.
THE BEST DAY EVER
At your first install appointment we will be doing THE MOST.
We install your beautiful new extensions, make sure they blend and flow as naturally as possible, and perform any color services previously agreed upon so that you walk away ready to turn some heads.
These appointments are usually major transformations and can take anywhere from 4-8 hours. Please plan accordingly and be ready to spend the day together! Feel free to bring a book, your computer, or headphones for watching Netflix and listening to podcasts.
When we’re all finished, we will get you scheduled for your first move-up, provide you with at-home care instructions, and a special care bag with our favorite extension products and tools.
