    At MANA, your earning potential is truly in your hands. No limits, no caps. Our commission structure is designed to reward your hard work and talent, meaning your paycheck grows right alongside your career.

    All you need is to show up ready to create. We’ll handle the rest! Have confidence knowing when you show up each day you have a fully stocked color bar, supplies, high-end backbar + retail products, luxury guest amenities, a streamlined digital booking system, access to online education platforms and more!

    Staying educated and up to date on our skills is one of our core values, which is why we provide access to multiple online education platforms with a large variety of class types. Available to our artists at any time. We are also committed to hosting or attending live education as a team at least once per year.

    ALL products are provided for our artists, and we only use the best. Some of our lines include Oligo, Mr Smith, Goldielocks, Schwarzkopf, Aluram, and K18. You’ll also have access to the highest quality hand-tied hair extensions on the market.

    Amenities your guests will LOVE. Sparkling or spa water, Nespresso coffee and tea, local wine and beer, mimosas, healthy snack options and seasonal treats. Your guests will also enjoy a clean and relaxing space, luxury add-on treatments, and fun positive energy!

Meet Tiana

Hi, I’m Tiana - the founder and visionary behind MANA. I’ve been working behind the chair since 2016 and opened MANA in 2022 after seeing a gap in our industry. I wanted a salon structure that offered real support, education, and tools for growth - without sacrificing the freedom to define what success looks like for each stylist.

With experience in both commission-based and independent salon models, I’ve seen the strengths and challenges of each. MANA was built to blend the best of both worlds: freedom, flexibility, mentorship, and true support for your career and future.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring multiple stylists as they built full clienteles and shaped fulfilling, prosperous careers. While I still love connecting with clients and being behind the chair, my true passion lies in helping other artists build confidence and achieve their goals.
